Lake Nona Art Festival Set Up Information

Welcome Artists!

Here are your SET UP INSTRUCTIONS:

PASSES: You Do NOT need to “Check-in”. We will provide you with your Booth Card when you enter at the Entry Point. PASSES ARE NOT READY YET for the 2026 event.

TRAFFIC FLOW: ALL vehicles will enter ONE ENTRY POINT at Veterans Way and Chopra Ter. (GPS 13485 Veterans Way Orlando, FL 32827) Plan your route in advance. Follow the green arrows on the map.  You may need to drive around again to get to your parking area. Do not back up.

LOAD IN TIME: Exhibitors can load in any time after 2PM on Friday. You can unload directly at your booth space. If at all possible, be courteous and move your vehicle to parking after unloading your vehicle to alleviate traffic.

Exhibitors with booth spaces starting with B:

This area is narrow. Try to keep a passing lane open for other vehicles to get by you. You can drive behind your booth along the sidewalk and get close to the bushes to unload next to your booth.

SPACE LOCATION: When you reach your designated booth space area, there will be an identifying marker with your number on it, most likely chalk or tape. This marker will represent the center back of your booth space.

PARKING: Parking is easy and plentiful for everyone.  Proceed to the ARTIST PARKING following the blue arrows on the map. You can also park in the Parking garages indicated in Blue on the map but note there are height limitations. All trailers need to park in the Artist Trailer Parking area.

WEIGHTS: Bring proper weights to secure your tent for up to 40 mph wind gusts.
