VENDOR INSTRUCTIONS–

PRINT the map and bring it with you. Get your space number on the Vendor List by Last Name below.
Set up TIMES: FRIDAY After 3PM for vendors setting up inside of Donnelly Park and FRIDAY After 5PM for Section A (6th Ave) and Section F (Baker St)

SATURDAY morning before 8:30AM anyone can set up. Please have vehicles out of the event area by 8:15AM.
You can drive into the park but not onto the tennis or pickle board courts.
When you arrive on Saturday: Unload first, Go park & then return on foot to complete set up to help alleviate traffic congestion.

VENDOR PARKING– Drive across 5th Ave. Parking is at the end of Baker St on the left beyond 3rd Ave across from the Yardery Restaurant. See parking map for lot location. Do NOT park vehicles around Donnelly Park during the event on Sat & Sun. Leave those spaces open for guests!    HC parking is at City Hall on Baker St.  

DO NOT BREAK DOWN EARLY ON SUNDAY! The event ends at 5PM.
